Cade Maestas
Principal – Supply Chain & Logistics

Cade started his career working in supply and replenishment on the USS Tennessee, a US Navy missile submarine in Kings Bay, Georgia. Cade's shore duty took him to Seattle, Washington, where he expedited mission critical supplies to deployed ships worldwide. After earning two Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals and qualifying in submarines Cade left the service to pursue a career in operations with Lufthansa Services Group. Wanting to get his family closer to the mountains, Cade left Lufthansa and accepted a position with Brunton, an innovative outdoor company, overseeing purchasing, warehousing, global sourcing, and logistics. During his time there he traveled extensively through Asia, where he evaluated factories, found new suppliers, simplified the supply chain, and refined his taste for baby pigeon.

Throughout his career, Cade's primary focus has been to "get it done". Whatever the challenge, whatever the barrier; he works to find a logical and efficient solution.

Cade took his first hunting trip at two months old, and continues to be passionate about all outdoor activities. An experienced mountain climber, hunter, fly fisher, and backpacker, Cade enjoys sharing his lifetime of outdoor experience with his three young children, Gabriella, Alexander, Annika and his wife Christine.
